Our Policy
All products sold on haygoodies.com are made to order — each item is custom produced specifically for you at the time of purchase. Because of this, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as change of mind, incorrect size selected, or ordering in error.
We strongly encourage you to review your order carefully — including size guides, product descriptions, and any personalisation details — before completing your purchase.
But please email us ASAP, we have a buffer time of 5 hours.

When We Do Accept Returns or Exchanges
We will offer a replacement, exchange, or refund if your item arrives:
- Damaged or defective (e.g. printing errors, tears, faulty construction)
- Significantly different from what was described or shown
- Lost in transit and confirmed undelivered
Your statutory rights are not affected by this policy. If you are a customer in the UK or EU, you retain all rights afforded to you under applicable consumer protection law.
How to Request a Refund or Exchange
Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order if there is an issue. To process your claim, we’ll need:
- Your order number
- A clear description of the fault or issue
- Photos showing the defect or damage
Once we’ve reviewed your claim, we’ll get back to you within 2–3 business days with a resolution. Depending on the situation, we may offer a replacement item, an exchange, or a full refund.

Personalised & Custom Orders
Items that include custom text, personalised names, dates, or other bespoke elements are non-refundable unless they arrive faulty or incorrect due to an error on our part.
Please double-check all personalisation details before placing your order, as we produce items exactly as specified.
Sizing & Fit
Because our items are made to order, we cannot accept returns due to sizing issues. Please refer to the size guide provided on each product listing before purchasing. If you have any questions about sizing, feel free to contact us before you order.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
